Centrifugal composite high carbon semi-steel roll ring

The so-called semi-steel, as the name suggests, has a carbon content between steel and iron. It inherits the strength and toughness of steel rollers, and has the high hardness and good wear resistance of iron rollers. The carbon content of the roll ring is made close to iron in order to increase the wear resistance of the roll ring. The microstructure of the outer layer of the high carbon semi-steel roll ring is composed of matrix and carbide, which is characterized by small hardness drop in the working layer of the roll ring and uniform wear resistance, thus ensuring the consistency of the size of each part when rolling large cross-section rolled parts. The roller ring is made of graphite steel composite, which has high strength and can withstand the requirements of large load rolling force.
