Chaoyang Lianqiang Roll Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lianqiang Roll, formerly known as Tangshan Lianqiang Metallurgical Roll Co., Ltd.), formerly known as the Iron and Steel Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgy and Fengnan County, was founded in the early 1980 s. It is one of the professional metallurgical roll manufacturers engaged in centrifugal casting, with customers in more than 20 countries and regions around the world.

"Lianqiang Roll" brand is a registered trademark in China. Lianqiang Roll laid the foundation in Liucheng Economic Development Zone, Chaoyang County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province in June 2019, and launched a new production base construction project. The project covers a total area of 105 acres and has an investment of 0.63 billion yuan. The main business is the production and sales of centrifugal casting and more than 30 types of roll products such as cast iron rolls, high-speed steel rolls, and composite cast steel rolls. After all are completed and put into production, the annual output can be 50000 tons.

At present, the first phase of the Lianqiang roll project has been successfully completed in November 2021, realizing the whole process through production, with an annual production capacity of 25000 tons of rolls. At the same time, it has won many honors, such as national high-tech enterprises, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning Province, regulated enterprises, excellent growth industrial enterprises, young eagle enterprises in Liaoning Province, substantive industry-university-research alliance platform in Liaoning Province, Chaoyang Enterprise Technology Center, excellent suppliers in China's iron and steel industry, green benchmarking enterprises in China's iron and steel industry, and governing units of Liaoning Enterprise Federation.

In order to meet the needs of social development, meet the increasing demand of customers for products and technical services, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, we will take the four-step upgrading policy, namely, equipment mechanization, equipment automation, manufacturing informatization and operation digitization. We are committed to the research and development of core technology, upgrading the traditional production equipment, and comprehensively implement it as the company's strategic goal in the next three years.

Therefore, while simultaneously advancing the construction of the second phase of the project, Lianqiang Roll actively carried out various equipment upgrades. Through independent research and development and cooperation with professional manufacturers, Lianqiang's automatic pouring system, automatic batching system, end cover modeling production line project, heat treatment spray quenching machine project and other equipment upgrades have been implemented one after another and achieved results. At the same time, in terms of digital upgrading and transformation, after research and development and design by Lianqiang MES project team, Lianqiang roll MES project (phase I project) was officially completed and put on line on December 15, 2023. As a roll enterprise using MES system in the industry, Lianqiang roll broke the inherent production mode of traditional roll industry. It provides strong support in production management, quality control, supply chain coordination and other aspects, so that Lianqiang roller not only realizes the vertical connection from the production process to the automation equipment, but also realizes the horizontal supply chain connection. The new information and industrial automation integration production mode greatly strengthens the production efficiency and per capita labor efficiency of Lianqiang roller.

At this stage, Lianqiang Roll is cooperating with outstanding universities and professional material research and development teams such as Beijing University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Technology, Hebei University of Technology, etc., and actively strengthens its own technology through the continuous advancement of powder metallurgy projects and robot intelligent manufacturing system projects. Level and equipment capabilities. In the future, Lianqiang Roll will be transformed into a new digital intelligent factory with customized, digital and automated production management through a new production mode combining data management system and intelligent production equipment.
