The outer layer is a high-carbon alloy steel containing Cr, Mo, W, V, Ni and Nb, and the complex carbide structure is embedded in the tissue of tempered martensite to control the carbon content and comprehensive heat treatment to optimize wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. The oxide film structure on the surface maintains a low residual stress value.
