Continuous carbide-free bainitic ductile iron rolls and roll rings

Adding more Ni and Mo alloy to ductile cast iron can obtain excellent pearlite, bainite and martensite matrix structure, while graphite is spherical in shape, with good thermal conductivity and high tensile strength. By changing the chemical composition and heat treatment process of bainite, martensite and needle-like ductile iron, very dense network primary cementite can be obtained to improve wear resistance.
